Business email FAQs
Does desktop Outlook come with these plans?
No. Business Email and Business Email Plus provide the mailbox but do not license Outlook for Windows or Mac. To use new or classic Outlook for Windows, or Outlook for Mac, you need a qualifying account that includes rights to the Microsoft 365 desktop apps.Need desktop Outlook or the full Microsoft 365 apps? Speak to us and we can arrange a suitable Microsoft 365 business plan.
Can I use an existing copy of Outlook?
An existing installation may work only if it is a supported version and is activated using an account that includes rights to the Microsoft 365 desktop apps. Contact us with your Outlook version and licence details, and we’ll confirm the right setup.
Can you help move my existing email?
Talk to us before ordering. We’ll review your current provider, mailbox sizes and domain settings, then confirm what migration help is available and whether any additional work is required.
Can I add or remove users later?
Contact us when your team changes. We’ll confirm the licence change, billing effect and timing before it is applied.
Are shared mailboxes supported?
Yes. A shared mailbox normally does not need its own licence up to 50 GB, but each person accessing it needs a licensed Exchange Online mailbox. Larger storage, archiving, holds or advanced features may require an additional licence. Ask us to confirm the right setup for your team.
How are licences billed and renewed?
Prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and are shown per user, per month. We’ll confirm the invoicing cycle, licence term and renewal arrangements before setup.
What support is included?
Horizon Hosting provides Australian sales and service support. We’ll confirm the scope and pricing of any migration or project work before it begins.
